Anne specializes in commercial contract law and intellectual property, marketing and data protection law. She represents clients, large and small, in identifying, protecting and commercializing their intellectual property rights, in particular trademarks, trade names and copyright, complying with marketing law and meeting data protection requirements. She also advises on commercial agreements including purchase and supply, distribution (e.g. agency and resale) and collaborations. Anne also provides general corporate and labor law advice.
Admitted as a lawyer both in Sweden and in Germany, Anne has experience in assisting German-speaking clients in business law matters related to Sweden.
