Peter has entrepreneurial background and is specialized in strategic work with and commercialization of intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, copyright and design), agreements and litigation. He negotiates and drafts commercial agreements regarding e.g. licensing, distribution, agency, co-operation and R&D, shareholding, non-disclosure and transactions (M&A). Peter is now also a registered representative before the UPC.
