Magnus Johansson

Magnus Johansson specializes in intellectual property law with a particular focus on registerable rights such as patents, trademarks and design. Magnus provides advice and representations for small and large clients in a wide variety of matters and is particularly experienced in matters in the intersection of technology and law. Magnus has considerable experience in working with IP strategy and of advising clients on how to protect their IP using legal tools such as registrations of their rights, trade secret protection and contractual obligations. Magnus is also well versed in enforcement of intellectual property rights, against counterfeiters as well as other industrial actors.

His in-depth knowledge and experience of working with patents has allowed Magnus to be authorized as a Swedish Patent Attorney. He represents clients before the Swedish and European registrations offices as well as before the Swedish Patent and Market Court and in arbitration proceedings. Magnus has worked with intellectual property matters since 2008 when he joined the IP & Law department of a supplier within the automotive industry and has work continuously with the automotive industry since. Magnus is also a European Trademark and Design Attorney and an authorized Patent Attorney.
