We are pleased to announce that we have a new associate, Emelie Rexelius, with us at Gulliksson.
Emelie Rexelius is specialized in Intellectual Property Law, Marketing Law and IT Law. Emelie is experienced in matters concerning protection, commercialization and enforcement of intellectual property rights, mainly trademarks, tradenames, copyrights and designs. In addition, Emelie frequently assists in marketing law matters, such as review of marketing campaigns and marketing disputes. Emelie is also experienced in drafting and reviewing IT agreements as well as IT disputes.
