Company law includes, amongst other things, regulations that govern decision-making at general meetings and board meetings, venture capital, acquisition, winding up, liquidation and issues associated with ownership and the forms thereof. As company law has a central role in a company’s everyday activities, most companies have the need for of legal advice at some point.

We can assist within all areas of company law – from the important choice of legal form of company to various issues that can arise in the daily activities, such as raising capital and emissions, investment agreements, joint ventures, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, asset protection, minority shareholder protection, board and CEO liability, general meetings and corporate governance, drafting ownership agreements, insolvency, bankruptcy and liquidation.

We offer our clients continuous corporate secretary work such as services for general meetings, board meetings, amendments in articles of association, drafting and submission of annual reports and formalities concerning registration issues. We can also take part as chair and/or take minutes.
