Fredrik Lasson

Fredrik’s main area of expertise is dispute resolution, and this includes disputes regarding intellectual property (such as patents, trademarks, copyright and designs) as well as other civil proceedings. He is a trained judge at the Svea Court of Appeals and has served as a judge at, inter alia, the Swedish Patent and Market Court. Other than dispute resolution, Fredrik’s work primarily focuses on other aspects of intellectual property as well as on other areas such as marketing, company law and contract law. Fredrik has a certain interest in and experience from working with arbitration, mediation and negotiation.
