Niklas specializes in intellectual property law with an emphasis on strategic counselling and management of trademarks and other intellectual assets. He has several years of experience of working with trademark prosecution and strategy, portfolio development, branding and enforcement, as well as experience working with trade secrets, marketing law, domain names and digital law. Niklas handles and manages large trademark portfolios with globally renowned trademarks, both nationally and internationally. He was named Rising Star 2018 and 2021 by Managing IP. Niklas has held lectures at several conferences and universities and attends leading industry events around the world such as the ECTA annual conference. Niklas is also a member of the legislative committee for The Association of Intellectual Property Law Firms in Sweden, (SEPAF), and is a member of SEPAF’s ethics committee. He has also been active for several years in the Professional Affairs Committee of ECTA. Niklas is the co-author of the second edition of the book ”Riskerna med varumärken, produkter och reklam” (The risks with trademarks, products and advertising).
